Physical therapy assistants

Corey is a born and raised native of Kenton Ohio. Corey is a 1996 graduate of Kenton High School. In 1999, Corey graduated from Lima Technical College with an Associates of Applied Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant. He then began treating patients at Marion General Hospital and The Smith Clinic providing acute inpatient and outpatient care along with wound care. In 2000, Corey became employed by Therapy and Wellness Solutions Inc. which gave him the opportunity to work with the Hardin Wellness Center to provide outpatient therapy and Hardin Memorial Hospital to provide inpatient therapy to a wide range of people in the community he lives in. Corey specializes in orthopedic and sports injuries. He works with patients of all ages and rehab needs with the goal of returning them to their highest functional level and maintaining their independence. Corey is an active member of the Kenton community, where he resides with his wife Sarah and 3 sons. Corey enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities, and camping.

Jared is a physical therapist assistant with a degree from Rhodes State College. He joined the Hardin Wellness Center in August of 2017. Jared is certified in treatment of Pain Science patients and by ICE (Institute of Clinical Excellence) in Therapy for the Fitness Athlete. He resides with his fiancé Hannah and his dog in Forest, OH. Jared enjoys hunting, fishing, and watching the Browns and Buckeyes in his free time. He is also the Vice President of the Hardin County Council on Aging.

Terrill is a physical therapist assistant with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Bluffton University and received her physical therapist assistant’s licenses from Marion Technical College. She joined the Hardin Wellness Center team in the summer of 2019.  Terrill is certified by ICE (Institute of Clinical Excellence) in modern management of older adults. She resides with her husband Colten in Lima, Ohio. In her spare time she loves to stay active with outdoor activities along with coaching soccer and track at the local high school.

Garrett is a physical therapist assistant with an associate’s degree from Bradford College. Upon graduating he returned to his hometown of Kenton, where he resides with his wife McKenzie and two sons River and Remington. He took his job with Hardin Wellness Center in the spring of 2015. He treats patients for many reasons but specializes in diaphragmatic breathing. He enjoys helping patients feel better and live better. Outside of work Garrett enjoys hunting, fishing, and all things outdoors. He looks forward to what every new day brings and the relationships he makes with every patient.
